Photos from an album that belonged to A2C Francis Osborne. No information as to what unit he belonged to. There were two menus for Thanksgiving and Christmas 1953 that were done by the 19th Food Service Squadron. Photos show life on Kadena, including barracks, and a few of the sights around the base. The Korean war ended in July 1953 so he was probably part of the build up during the war. There are several photos at the end which look to be a large group of men getting ready to perhaps go back to the states after the end of the war.
